By installing, downloading, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as other EasyGET policies, including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Your use of the services constitutes a legally binding agreement to adhere to these terms.
Use of Platform and Services
All commercial and contractual terms are established solely between Buyers and Merchants. This includes, but is not limited to, price, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery details, warranties, and after-sales services. EasyGET does not control or participate in the negotiation of these terms. While EasyGET may provide support services to Merchants, such as order fulfillment, payment collection, and call center services, the actual contractual relationship lies between Buyers and Merchants. EasyGET is not responsible for non-performance or breaches of contracts between Buyers and Merchants on the Platform.
EasyGET operates as an e-commerce platform, acting as a facilitator without taking possession of any products or services offered by Merchants. EasyGET does not hold any right, title, or interest in the products and has no obligations or liabilities related to contracts between Buyers and Merchants. EasyGET is not responsible for the quality of goods provided by merchants, unavailability of items, or any discrepancies in the order, including serving incorrect orders.
The details of menus and price lists on the Platform are based on information provided by Merchants, and EasyGET is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or unavailability. Menu and food images are representative and may not match the actual order.
Personal Information and Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account on our Site. During the account creation process, we will request personally identifiable information, such as your name, phone number, and email address. You may also provide additional demographic information and create a profile. While we require basic information for account setup, the extent of information you share in your profile is at your discretion. Delivery and Order Fulfillment
Delivery periods are approximate estimates and may vary. EasyGET is not responsible for delays in delivery due to processing delays or other unavoidable circumstances at the seller's or merchant's end. Orders will be delivered to the address designated at the time of order placement. Changes to the delivery location may result in order cancellation at EasyGET's discretion, and no refund will be provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery directions, information, and authorizations. Failure to accept delivery, provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations may result in the goods being deemed delivered, and all risk and responsibility will pass to you.
Payment details, including credit or debit card information, may be required for online transactions. You agree to provide accurate and lawful card details, and EasyGET disclaims liability for any unauthorized use of your card.
